All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any destination taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Lux Pups is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.
